•Fully mobile service we are able to bring bike trainer if required
•Subjective personal interview to establish issues /concerns/requirements
•Physical examination: observation of posture, measurements of leg length. Examination of range of movement/ muscle length.

Are you experiencing foot pain, numbness or pins and needles in your feet?
Do your shoes feel uncomfortable?
Are you experiencing ankle/knee/calf pain?
Do you have pain in the ball of your foot?
Have you noticed burning sensations in your feet or calves?

These issues can be caused by poorly fitting shoes or perhaps incorrect positioning of shoe/cleat interface and can be corrected by examining and adjusting your shoes/cleats and insoles.
Fit can be improved by use of cleat wedges, which are included in the price if required
This service is suitable if you are having difficulties with your current bike set up or would like assessment of new shoes or pedals.
