We offer a fully mobile bike fitting service, allowing your assessment to be carried out conveniently in the comfort of your own home.
If you do not have your own bike trainer, one can be provided as part of the service. To ensure the session runs smoothly, please have adequate space available to position your bike on the trainer, along with a well-ventilated room.

We also recommend having the following items ready: cycling shoes, shorts, a short-sleeved top, a water bottle, and a towel. If the room is not well ventilated, a face covering is advised.
An initial consultation will be carried out to establish your goals and objectives, followed by a comprehensive physical assessment. Your bike will then be set up to record baseline measurements before a systematic approach is used to optimise the three key contact points: pedals, saddle, and handlebars.

Once your ideal position has been achieved, you will receive a summary report of your assessment. If any component changes are required to complete your fit, you can choose to make these adjustments yourself or have them carried out for you.
Gift vouchers are available on request, making an ideal present for any cyclist looking to improve comfort, performance, or overall riding experience. Whether for a beginner or an experienced rider, a professional bike fit or physiotherapy session is a thoughtful and practical gift.
Saddle Up Bike Fit provides a fully mobile service across the North West of the UK, including Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Blackburn, Lancaster, Bolton, Cumbria, Chester, and the Wirral.
